Unfortunately a lot of teenagers are misguided in an Indian gym.
*REST
Yes, REST is very important for teenagers as they are still growing taller, you have to be very serious about your rest days, rest hours, DONOT overwork your body. If you're going through a fitness lifestyle, injuries are going to be a part of your life.
* STRETCHING
Stretching is ignored by a lot of Indian teens, but this itself is a key to keep youself away from injuries, it helps you to recover from the damage occured due to the weight training. It also helps to increase your flexibility, Stretch at the end of your workouts.
*LOWER BODY TRAINING
It's a very serious problem in the world of fitness, Train your lower back and your legs just because you're not exposing it doesn't mean that they aren't the important muscles groups and if you're training by asthetics point of view your legs are very important, if you want to look sexy your legs play a major role in looking sexy.
*SAY NO TO STERIODS
NERVER EVER take steriods in your TEENAGE, beacause your body isn't built to consume steriods your hormone levels are all over the place already.
*EXERCISE TO GROW TALLER
TADASANA it's a YOGASANA which will help you to stretch your spine as you're a teenager your body will eventually respond towards it and you'll grow taller.
