OMG, can you believe we have one week of LSF 30 left?! How has this challenge gone by so fast? We have been having so much fun with you babes and can’t wait to absolutely crush this last week!

This week we have a 30 minute lower body burn on Monday and a goal getter chat on Wednesday! It’s going to be so fun 🙂 And don’t forget I’m still going live with you every single day at 8:30am PST for the Daily 10. Let’s do this!
